We completed this new build Residence Inn by Marriott in the Fall of 2018. Our millwork vendor, Five Star Architectural, manufactured all of the custom casework in the lobby & public area including the registration desk, breakfast area, business center/fireplace area, buffet doors, coffee station, corner market, entry focal wall, social zone TV wall, meeting room cabinetry, and the back-of-house plastic laminate cabinetry & countertops. Our quartz fabricator, The Product Source, furnished all of the quartz countertops for the public areas, along with all of the guestroom kitchen & bathroom vanity cabinetry & quartz countertops. Our cultured marble fabricator, International Marble Industries, furnished the guestroom shower surrounds & shower pans.
