Meet The Team

Cory Thomas

Cory Thomas

President  

Cory began his journey in the hotel industry after college at Appalachian State selling granite countertops for The Product Source. Shortly after, he transitioned to a full-service hotel renovation general contractor and interior design firm where he became the VP of Business Development. It was here that he established many relationships in the industry, worked with all of the major brands, and got a true understanding of what owners, architects, designers, FF&E providers, GC's, and the properties need and expect on their projects.

Cory launched Thomas Hospitality Group in 2012 to fill a need in the industry of combining custom interior millwork, countertop, door, and shower product manufacturers for the hotel industry. This allows our clients to have one source and a turnkey package for these often custom and challenging scopes.

Cory and his wife Lisa live at Lake Oconee in Georgia with their labradoodle, Booker. When not solving the world's hotel millwork & countertop problems, he likes to play golf, guitar, boat, and fish.

Director of Business Development 

Jay came on board not long after Thomas Hospitality Group was launched to bring his exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage clients and projects to the team. With experience in managing multiple businesses and working with high-profile clients, Jay added immediate value to our group. Jay's biggest strength at THG is learning the ins and outs of new brand design schemes and scopes and assisting clients with their projects to make sure they have everything covered.

Jay graduated from Colorado State University where he met his future wife and they eventually moved back to Atlanta. They have two kids, more pets than we here at THG can count, and live in an old farmhouse in a small town in North Georgia. Jay enjoys live music, entertaining friends at home, and rooting on his Cincinnati Bengals!

Meghan McNamara

Office Manager 

Meghan recently joined Thomas Hospitality Group to manage our daily office operations including accounting, payroll, and marketing efforts. Meghan has been essential to keeping us organized and letting our clients know what we're up to.

Meghan earned her master's degree in education and worked as a teacher for 14 years, most recently as the school's Learning Resource Specialist. Prior to working in education, Meghan worked in Commercial Banking for several years. Meghan moved to Atlanta with her husband in 2014, where they currently live with their Lab/Bulldog mix, Beau.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining, planning, and hosting parties, and traveling with her husband.

Joseph Betito

Joseph Betito

Estimator 

Joseph manages our estimating and plan review when clients send us new projects to price. His efficient review of plans, scopes, and finishes has been critical to our success.

Prior to working for Thomas Hospitality Group, Joseph earned a bachelor's degree in engineering. He worked for five years as a Project Monitoring Officer and Quantity Surveyor with responsibilities that included project implementations, estimates, and monitoring.

After Joseph's workday is finished, he enjoys reading, playing games with friends, watching the latest movies and TV series, staying active, and exercising.
