Thomas Hospitality Group continued with big momentum from July for another great month in August. The hotel industry seems to be on a steady increase, with new-build projects starting to take off. With the renovation world still staying strong, new-build hotels will only add to the strength of the industry.
In August, THG went to contract on the new build Courtyard by Marriott in Salisbury, NC. Five Star Architectural will be manufacturing and installing the custom Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby casework and Corian package while Product Source will be importing & installing the guestroom vanity countertops, windowsills, tub ledges and wall caps.
Also in August, THG partnered with Purchasing Partners out of Atlanta, GA to provide some custom casework pieces for the Hampton Inn in Savannah, GA Perfect Mix Lobby renovation. Five Star Architectural will be providing the custom breakfast/pantry sliding pocket doors for the client.
At the very end of August, Thomas Hospitality Group finalized the contracts for Monolith and Five Star for the renovations of (2) Hampton Inn's in North Carolina, the Hampton Inn in Raleigh and Fayetteville. Monolith will be the renovation general contractor on both projects, and Five Star will be manufacturing the casework and cabinetry. Additionally, THG partnered with Monolith to also land the Fairfield Inn in Cheyenne, WY.
Finally, and potentially most exciting, Thomas Hospitality Group added (2) lines to their offering: tub & shower surrounds with IMI and interior doors and hardware. THG looks forward to growing an offering to their clients with the best vendors in the industry!
